Pathli is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers and 503A compounding pharmacies. Pathli Health, Inc. provides administrative, technology, and marketing services only. Pathli does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medications. All professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians practicing through independently owned professional entities.
All clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe medication, are made solely by licensed healthcare providers based on their independent medical judgment. Pathli does not interfere with or direct clinical decision-making.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
By joining our waitlist, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for notifying us of any changes.
When our full platform launches, you may be required to create an account to access certain features. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Pathli is not a medical provider. The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any treatment, including GLP-1 medication.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies based on individual prescriptions written by licensed providers after clinical evaluation. Prescription is not guaranteed and is subject to clinical determination by a licensed provider.
Individual results vary. Any health statistics, clinical data, or outcome information presented on our website refers to published research on the GLP-1 medication class and does not guarantee individual results.
When our subscription service launches, specific pricing and billing terms will be communicated to you before you are charged. By subscribing, you will authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the cancellation terms provided at the time of subscription.
All payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pathli Health, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose; provide false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the operation of our services; use our services to send unsolicited communications; or scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our website without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathli and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pathli and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@joinpathli.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
